On this day in 1982…
On this day in 1982 New Order released a 7 inch and a 12 inch version of the single “Temptation” on Factory Records. In 1987, the song was completely re-recorded and released on the singles compilation Substance (this version is known as “Temptation ’87”). In 2009 the original 7 inch version of the single was re-released in the US with its original b-side, “Hurt” as part of National Record Store Day. Here is the original 7 inch version of “Temptation.” .

The NEW album has finally arrived!
The new Tullycraft album ‘Lost in Light Rotation’ is now available to order in the UK from Fortuna Pop! It’s going to be available to order in the US this coming Tuesday (April 2nd) from Magic Marker Records.
I haven’t seen a copy yet, but from what I understand the CD has a fancy fold-out card sleeve, and the limited edition deluxe LP is pressed on 180g heavyweight colored vinyl – and it includes a free mp3 download. This is very exciting!
