Into The Gap
On this day in 1984, the Thompson Twins single “Hold Me Now” entered the US Top 40. It was the first single from the British/new wave band’s fourth album Into The Gap, and it eventually became their highest charting US hit reaching #3 on the Billboard chart.
On a drunken Friday night in 1997 we recorded this embarrassing version of Hold Me Now on an 8-track in Chris’ living room. Apologies to the listener.

Thanks Courtney!
